A small selection of commissioned works kicks off with the highly influential installation for Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge: A Celebration Of 10 Years Of Food And Fashion in 2001. Tornadoes of china, glassware and cutlery topped by huge cakes, neon symbols and strobes placed this in the Top 5 displays of the year; the installation featured in The Face & Boy George performed within the windows. Neon vizors & insane millinery were also designed by THE DnA FACTORY MRSS, the fashion by Marc Jacobs.
Commission based on our sculpture ‘A Question Of Balance, Timing & Trust’, results in a rather cheeky bronze fountain, beautifully finished by the foundry, with two delicately placed adjustable spouts
TO SEE BEYOND [TRIBUTE TO MARY SHELLEY] for Interpreted Identities: London Festival Of Architecture & BOST [Bankside Open Spaces Trust] included 500 events: Walking Tours, Family Activities, Debates & Installations throughout London. The theme celebrated the centenary of women’s sufferage, within the theme of identity.
Created for the Granada TV pilot, ‘Having It Off’. THE DOLLY PARTON SHRINE was applauded by the studio audience for its absolutely over the top nature and was briefly at the centre of a furore over an unexpected studio fire, needless to say the shrine was not the cause!
A limited edition teacup & saucer, teapot and durham vase produced in collaboration with The New English , designed by THE DnA FACTORY, featuring versions of work from The Gilded Cage collection. Hand finished bone china with 24 carat gold handle and rim. Each numbered and sold in presentation box.

CHARITY AUCTION
MILK MA(I)DE for London Cow Parade was placed in prime site at The Royal Exchange, just outside Tiffany’s, went on to feature in the Telegraph and Hello, was voted ‘best in show’ and included in the selection auctioned at Sotheby’s Olympia, rumoured to have been bought by Madonna, MILK MA(I)DE raised a considerable sum for the charities Childline and the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution. The subsequent commemorative figurine ‘this very riske bovine has a tattoo on her arm and features a naughty little wink. British liberalism on sexuality at its finest!’ was on the best seller list for cow parade collectors and enthusiasts.
The PLATFORM 6 Stonewall exhibition and auction at The Bargehouse in London focused on invited artists and celebrities modifying a pair of classic Stan Smith Adidas trainers. Contributors included Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Sir Elton John, William Baker, Rolina Blok, Ryan Callahan, Kyle Minogue, Lewis Burton, Sharleen Spiteri, Layla Lyons, Judy Blame, Boy George, Victor Ivanov, The Chapman Brothers, James Tailor & Carl Hopgood.
2D works donated to Article 25 as part of the 10 x 10 initiative, auctioned at The Shard and RIBA + The Green Party + Stonewall
The BT/CHILDLINE ARTBOX involved invited artists, designers and celebrities re-imagining the world renowned red telephone box designed in 1936 by Gilbert Scott. Contributors included Duggie Fields, Keith Tyson, David Mach, Zaha Hadid, Zandra Rhodes, Giles Deacon & Philip Treacey. The Poetry Of Life found a home at Old Spitalfields Market and was then auctioned at the National Portrait Gallery, London.
